You will find this at the main entrance, in the restaurant and at the mountain station.
In the souvenir shop opposite the restaurant, you will find gifts, souvenirs and useful things for the day.
These are available at the ticket office.
The first aid station is to be found by the Eifelpark Restaurant. An emergency assistant is available during opening times. In an emergency, you are welcome to contact our park staff.
The price of admission includes all the attractions, shows and animal feedings.
The lost property office is located in the office at the main entrance.
For a small fee, you can withdraw money using a credit or debit card in the administration office.
Dogs are basically allowed in the Eifelpark, except on the rides and at the attractions. Dogs must be kept on a short leash in the park. Dogs which generally have to wear a muzzle must also do so in the Eifelpark.
If your child has got lost, he/she will be brought to the administration office at the main entrance by our employees. It is always helpful if, for example, you can write your phone number on the child’s arm or on a piece of paper and give it to the child to keep with him/her.
In the office at the main entrance, you can borrow pushchairs and hand carts free of charge (upon surrender of an identity card) as long as stocks last. Unfortunately, reservation is not possible.
The Eifelpark offers disabled access. The walkways are wheelchair accessible. Most rides and attractions are also usable by those with disabilities.
Our staff will be happy to help when getting in and out. With some of the rides, the actual exit can be used as an access point for wheelchair users.
In the Eifel Express, seats are designated for people with disabilities and those accompanying them. Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available at the main entrance, too.
There are ample car parks and these are free. Please follow the signs and parking advice.
Out of consideration for other park visitors, smoking in the queues, as well as in the catering areas, is prohibited. Cigarettes are available to purchase by the Eifel Coaster.
You have the choice! The Eifelpark Restaurant, snack bars and confectionery stalls in the park invite you to enjoy the delicious food on offer. Please note that the consumption of your own food and beverages is not permitted here.
These are available to you at the main entrance for a fee.
Before every ride in the park, there is a sign upon which reference is made to the safety precautions and size restrictions. In some installations, there are size and age restrictions. These safety precautions are prescribed for us by the TÜV (German Technical Inspection Authority) and must be strictly adhered to. Detailed information on the TÜV regulations can be found under the “attractions” menu point.
There are sufficient toilets throughout the park, also wheelchair accessible ones.
Before you enter the park, we recommend that you arrange a meeting place with your children in case they get lost. Good places would be, for example, at the main entrance, the slide paradise or any other prominent places in the Eifelpark.
These are available for purchase by the Eifel Coaster here in the Eifelpark. However, we would like to point out that smoking in the queues and in the restaurants and snack bars is not allowed.
