WILD ANIMALS AND LEISURE – THE PERFECT DAY OUT 2023

On an area the size of around 100 football fields, the Eifelpark Gondorf adventure park offers a unique combination of amusement park and zoo

More than 60 attractions and over 200 wild animals make the Eifelpark a leisure destination for families with children, school classes and kindergarten days, hiking, senior excursions and eventful group trips.

Spectacular attractions

With a total height of 50 meters, the new Booster Platzhirsch is the first looping carousel in the Eifel Park. Two freely suspended passenger gondolas, each with space for 8 people, rotate with increasing speed up to the spectacular overhead ride.

Wildwechsel is the new interactive drifting fun in the Eifel Park. You use a control lever to make the vehicles drift themselves.

Driving fun for the whole family in the Eifelpark Amusement park Germany close to Spangdahlem / Bitburg.

On the large Pirateninsel log flume, you can take a refreshing and action-packed trip in log boats along the 360 meter long canal with two shots from a height of up to 14 meters. In the sled of the “Eifel-Coaster” alpine coaster you slide down to the valley at up to 40 km / h. The almost 1000 meter long rail route uses the topography of the Eifelpark and is perfectly integrated into the beautiful park landscape typical of the South Eifel.

Other highlights among the rides are the fast-paced roller coaster Käpt’n Jacks Wilde Maus, the 14 meter high family free fall tower Krähennest, the world’s first pirate’s cannon ride, chain carousel, family roller coaster, whitewater rondel, pony express, Gondorfer pirate battle as well as the two bumper cars for children and the children-at-heart. Even the little ones have fun: from the age of 2, z. B. the construction site trip, the mini test track or the Eifel slope can be driven.

Deer, roe deer, brown bears, wolves, lynxes, meerkats, wallaby kangaroos and many other wild animals can be observed up close in spacious enclosures. The feeding of bears, wolves and lynxes, commented on by animal keepers, provides interesting information about the animals. With the cute alpacas, the Eifelpark has found new, lovable residents. Dog trainer Sandro will enchant you in his four-legged show, which is only available in the Eifelpark.

Adventure and themed playgrounds such as the climbing garden, Tatzes Wilder Westen, Tapsis castle tower, Purzels pirate paradise and lots of toddler play equipment allow carefree exercise, romp and discovery. Small electric excavators move a lot of gravel and sand in the dredging playground.

On the weekends, on public holidays and during the holidays in Rhineland-Palatinate, the new show “Skills – The Skills Show” with FiLu and Mr. Baldo takes place in the Waldtheater.

The forest adventure trail for schools and kindergartens makes nature come alive. The animal and plant world can be explored interactively under the motto “see, feel, grasp and understand”. The new barefoot path at the entrance of the almost 2 km long circular path through the mountain game park lets you experience the relaxing and intense effect of stone, wood and sand on bare feet. At the Eifelpark farm, our visitors can compete against each other in a fun milking competition with lifelike cow figures and in Purzel’s wheelbarrow races.

A visit to the Eifelpark Gondorf offers you all this and much more!
