Our cash registers are open every day as usual. So you can visit us spontaneously without an online ticket. If you wish, you can bring the printed and completed form (PDF DOWNLOAD HERE) for contact tracking in accordance with the current Corona regulation. Annual ticket holders can now spontaneously visit the Eifelpark again. You no longer have to register in advance!PARTNER PROGRAMS
If you have a partner card (e.g. RheinlandCard, B-MY Koblenz, voucher book, RheinMain4Family, enjoyment points, leisure block, etc.), you must register for your visit day with a corresponding reservation ticket per person. In this case, payment is made on site. It is not necessary to enter a voucher or partner number in the shop.Thank you for your help and understanding.

Dear guests and friends of the Eifelpark,
In these special times, the health of our employees and our visitors is our top priority.
It is very important to us that you are able to enjoy a relaxing, carefree day in the Eifelpark. If we all follow the instructions and rules below, we will experience “the perfect day by a long way”.
All attractions are open. The water playground and the two ball pools must remain closed due to the corona. Thank you for your understanding!

Please avoid gatherings/crowds of people. In the playgrounds in particular, we ask you, dear parents, guardians and supervisors, to ensure the required minimum distance between the children.

If possible, please buy your tickets in advance online in our online ticket shop.

There is no general obligation to wear mouth and nose protection as long as you follow the distancing rule. The attractions requiring the wearing of a mask are signposted accordingly. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the obligation to wear a mask.
